Jollibee

We had such a great experience at Jollibee Bloomingdale Square! The food was fresh, hot, and satisfying, exactly the kind of Filipino comfort food we were craving. From the crispy Chickenjoy to the sweet-style Jolly Spaghetti, everything hit the spot. What really made our visit memorable, though, was the wonderful team. A very special shout-out to Rodel, Jona, Eddie, Nanay Alice, Yael, and Nanay Donna for making us feel so welcome! Their friendly service and warm hospitality added that extra Filipino touch that makes a simple Jollibee visit feel a little more like home. Thank you for taking such good care of us. Great food, great service, and even greater people. We will definitely be back!

First time experience very busy They were behind in having chicken tenders had to wait for a while. Also was told there was going to be a 15 maybe to 20-minute wait because they had large orders before us they had a lot of people waiting for food when we walked in. I gave service a four-star because of how they handled it they were very cordial and polite and working as hard as they could. Chicken was very very moist wish that it had a lot more seasoning Overall a good meal coleslaw was excellent, potatoes good, rolls were good too but they had no butter to put on them I believe butter was on the tops of them but would I like the little more buttery taste

Workers were overworked and harried and I had no interaction with them but witnessed others ordering from them. That's a shame on the company and the managers, not the employees working there that day. Extremely busy, small store to have such a large parking lot. Every seat was full inside so we got our food and ate in our car then got back on the road. We went specifically to get the ffxiv jollibee collab meal and got two of them. The crystal boba drink was nice, boba were oddly hard? Chicken was good, I liked the chicken joy (drumstick) that came with it. All in all very expensive for a chicken sandwich, a side, dessert pie, and specialty drink. All of which was purchased in order to obtain two of the Eat Chicken emotes to be used in ffxiv. One we were are to get processed over a week after purchasing it while being told by jollibee customer service to just keep trying to redeem it and it would work. The other code has yet to work when attempting to redeem it and my partner is still getting the run around about it from customer service. All in all a not incredible or worthwhile visit or expense in my opinion. Probably won't be coming back for this specific experience and becau

I was only going here for the collab with Final Fantasy 14 and in-game emote. Turns out the chicken is really good, and I was able to place three orders without issue. Would definitely go again if it was 40 miles closer!

Went here for the first time and it so good. The chicken was extremely crispy and juicy. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good as well. The gravy, oh wow, the gravy is fantastic! My son got the Adobe rice and mac & cheese and said rice was just okay, the Mac & cheese was good. We went between 430 - 5 pm, was busy, but didn't wait longer then 15 mins for our food. Dip you chicken in the gravy, you wont be disappointed. Can not wait to go back.
